WARRANTY AND RETURNS

In the case of returns, shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases. Claims are not accepted after 15 days from the receipt of the order.  

Right of withdrawal and returns.

According to article 102 of RDL 1/2007, the consumer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 natural days from the date of delivery of the order, taking into account the delivery date provided by the transport company. No penalty shall apply for exercising their right of withdrawal or resignation. To make a return, it is necessary to contact us via our email address info@frutapura.es or by phone in case of any incident that may result in the return of one or more products from your order before the withdrawal period expires. The reason for the return must be indicated (defective or damaged product in transit, wrong product, or other unjustified reasons). This will allow us to guide you through the steps to process the return. In the event of receiving the product with damages caused during transportation, it is important that you take some photographs of the packaging and damages to support a possible claim against the transport company. 

In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts related to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to reasons of health protection or hygiene, and which have been unsealed after delivery or show signs of being used.

- Return for defective product: FRUTA PURA will send you a new product once the defective product is received at our facilities, and will cover the shipping costs incurred in the return. In case of refund, the amount paid at the time of purchase will always be refunded, which may differ from the product price at the time of return. If a refund is issued, the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase will be utilized.

- Return for wrong product: In the event that you receive a wrong product in your order, FRUTA PURA will resolve the error as quickly as possible. We will immediately send the correct product so that the courier company can proceed with the exchange for the wrong product. NOTE: To validate any return, it will be necessary to communicate it to FRUTA PURA in advance. Under no circumstances will the refund be processed before receiving and verifying the condition of the products at our facilities.

- Return of a product for unjustified reasons: You must contact us within 14 natural days from the date of delivery of the order, and we will provide you with the steps to follow to return the product. After receiving and verifying the condition of the products at our facilities, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount paid for the product at the time of purchase (taking into account any discounts or coupons used).
