ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT:
PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.
Payment is made using a secure connection directly to the bank in charge of the transaction. The customer's bank and credit card details do not pass through FRUTA PURA, but are processed directly by the bank. We accept Master Card, Maestro, Visa and Euro 6000;
PAYPAL PAYMENT.
You can use your PayPal account to pay for your order. You will be redirected to the PayPal page to log in with your username and password and make the payment.
STOCK.
If, due to a lack of stock in our warehouse due to a computer or logistical error, we are unable to fulfil your current order in whole or in part, we will contact you via your email address or telephone, to confirm the order and send it to you, or to proceed to refund the total or partial amount and/or cancel the order.
DISCOUNT COUPONS.
Discount coupons are never compatible with each other, unless specifically advertised otherwise..
WARRANTY AND RETURNS.
In the case of returns, shipping and return costs shall be borne by the customer in all cases. No claims will be accepted after 15 days from receipt of the order.
Right of withdrawal and returns.
According to article 102 of RDL 1/2007, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract during a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, the delivery date being the date provided by the transport company. No penalty is applicable for exercising the right of withdrawal or renunciation. To make a return is necessary to contact us through our email info@frutapura.es or by phone before any incident that may generate a return of one or more products of your order before the withdrawal period expires. You must indicate the reason for the return (defective or damaged product in transport, wrong product or other unjustified reasons). In this way we will be able to indicate the steps to follow to process the return. If you receive the product with damage caused during transport, it is important that you take some photographs of the packaging and the damage to support a possible claim with the transport company.
In accordance with the applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery or show signs of having been used.
- Return for defective product: FRUTA PURA will send you a new product once received the defective product in our facilities, and will assume the shipping costs arising in the return. In case of return of the amount, always the amount paid at the time of purchase will be refunded, which may differ from the price of the product at the time of return. In the case of a refund, the same method of payment used by the customer for the purchase will be used.
- Return for wrong product: In case you receive a wrong product in your order, FRUTA PURA will resolve the error in the shortest possible time. We will send the correct product immediately for the courier company to proceed to the exchange for the wrong product. NOTE: To consider valid any return, it will be necessary to communicate it to FRUTA PURA previously. In no case the refund of the amount will be made before receiving and checking the condition of the products in our facilities.
- Return of a product for unjustified reasons: You must contact us within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order and we will indicate the steps to follow to return the product. After receiving and checking the condition of the products in our facilities, we will refund the amount corresponding to the price paid for it at the time of purchase (taking into account discounts or coupons used).
